| Abstract |
Casually dressed, Rosy Chua shuffles around her small store, creating tasteful and aesthetic flower arrangements for her clients. She is constantly in action - wrapping, adjusting and re-arranging. There is no time to sit down (and not much room either). Rosy, a woman entrepreneur in her mid-30s, loves her new business as she considers it to be a hobby, as opposed to work. Although she has looked at other shopping centre locations, she has no definite plans for expansion. This case describes elements that can lead to discussions about situational influences and other consumer behaviour topics.
