| Abstract |
The world watched attentively as the last British flag was lowered over Hong Kong. Many people wanted to be part of the action by seeing the changes first-hand, on a visit to the former British colony. A multitude of tour packages to visit Hong Kong Island, the Kowloon Peninsula, New Territories and the outlying islands were being offered in 1997. Grayline was among the companies offering tours. A primary means of distribution was through envelopes containing brochures that were made available at the airport. This case looks at the tours offered in Hong Kong.
