Anand Kumar Jaiswal is a doctoral candidate in marketing at XLRI Jamshedpur, India. His research interest includes services quality, consumer loyalty, online retailing, and brand extension. He has published in the Journal of Business and Economics, Economic and Political Weekly, Decision, Drishtant, Journal of Food Science and Technology. He has also presented several papers in national and international conferences.
He won the best research paper in marketing award for the paper titled 'Consumer Evaluation of Brand Extension' at the Doctoral Symposium COSMAR 2003, organised by the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Prior to joining Doctoral programme, he has worked with Amul, India's largest food products manufacturing company, and has also taught at the engineering level.
