Abstract The case deals with the problems of an IT company which faced a high attrition rate. Management wished to determine the effectiveness of the company's recruitment process. Besides describing the recruitment process, the case also lists the personnel requirements in the different cadres and suggests a process for measuring effectiveness. Possible areas of discussion include human resource recruitment, methods of measurement of the recruitment process, and recruitment procedure re-design.
