| Abstract |
The case deals with the problems faced by a provider of retail auditing
services. The agency designed innovative ways of promoting products and
provided value-added service of gathering competitive information from visits
to retail outlets. The case describes the process currently being adopted
by the company and the problems faced by it. It examines the feasibility
of implementing of two other alternatives. Possible areas of discussion
include the methodology of retail auditing, design of databases and problems
faced in the change process. |
