| Abstract |
The elevator division is facing the acute problem of high account
receivables. The real market is going through a slump. The buyers market
is also dominated by builders with links to the underworld. The order
cycle is very long with significant sunk costs. These increase the risk of
customers defaulting on payments and delays in completing the buildings in
which elevators have to be installed. What should be done? |
