| Abstract |
An office automation equipment company has a financial arm to fund
its customers' purchases. They offer three different schemes depending on
the type of customer, expected usage etc. These schemes are also used as
incentives to make the customers trade in their older equipment for new
ones and thus 'lock' them in for a longer time. Besides describing the
market and the schemes, the case also gives data on a potential target
customer for a trade-in deal. |
