Ind Constructions Ltd has an outstanding term loan with one of the
commercial banks. With the decline in market interest rates, another bank
sent in a proposal for refinancing the above term loan. The company has
to decide whether to go in for this refinancing. The case provides data
on the terms and conditions of the original loan and the proposed refinancing.
