Abstract This case deals with the problem of low sales turnover of a consortium of small travel agents. While these agents were individually well established in a number of locations, they were unable to provide the services at all the locations independently. Possible areas of discussion include product bundling, synergy effects of a consortium, and distribution practices in the travel agencies.
