Abstract This is a case study of some of the Indian companies who were the first to implement ERP. The case study begins with introducing ERP, then discusses the advantages and implementation stages. There is a table that summarizes the feedback on ERP and its implementation from the above companies, obtained through interviews with respective managers. This case study can be used for introducing ERP.
