Abstract With the increasing importance of IT and communication technology in banks, a credit rating agency is reviewing the importance attached to this aspect in its rating of banks. Currently, it is using a somewhat ad-hoc and casual approach. This case develops a template for assessment and gives sample data collected from three banks.
