Devashis Rath has around 11 years of industry and academic experience. His core strengths are in behavioural and leadership research, human relations, counselling, and executive training. In industry, his experience is spread over industrial relations, human resource development, total quality management and training functions, while in academics, his experience is in the area of leadership research and development.
He has worked both in large and multi-unit private and public sector companies. He has more than 25 articles to his credit in national and international journals.
