Abstract: |
The new President of the Behbud Association realized the need to make effective changes in the organization as she felt the systems over the past six years were outdated. She was advocating the need for members of all projects within the organization to convene every month, in order to share experiences and report as a group. However, she was constrained by the time at her disposal as well as the nature of her organization; a volunteers-driven organization. The president's new reforms were met with enthusiasm from some of the staff and rejection from some others. Even though she was confident of her method of improvement, she was wary of the consequences of structural change within the organization. |
