Fountain House was a project of the Lahore Mental Health Association (LMHA), an NGO formed in 1962, with the objective of mobilizing resources for the promotion of mental health in the country. The Executive Director of this institution is faced with a dilemma about fundraising and community participation in the project. The case investigates how these challenges are met as well as the contribution Fountain House has made to the mental health community of Pakistan. |
