Abstract:

The founding members of Rasti, an organization aimed at raising awareness about children's rights are caught in a squabble. Rufi, a senior member, has to resolve the matter in order to save a project funded by Save the Children Fund (SCF), also to protect the image of his organization. When Irfan, the Project Coordinator, was asked to improve his attitude he resigned from his position, which adversely affected the implementation of the project. The Project Accountant, Lisa, blamed Irfan for the ensuing financial irregularities.

Rufi feels incompetent to run the SCF project himself, and wants to recall Irfan to manage it. He also wants to terminate Lisa's services. However, Shumaila, another Coordinator opposes Rufi's decision regarding Irfan and Lisa. Rufi is caught in a triangular dispute, and is trying to adopt the best approach to deal with the situation and save the credibility of Rasti.
