Prof. Sushil Khanna is a Professor of Economics and Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India. He secured his doctoral degree from IIM Calcutta in 1984 for his thesis on "MNCs and Technology Transfer in the Petrochemical Industry".
Prof. Khanna has taught at Katholieke University in Belgium and at the Helsinki School of Economics and Business. His areas of research include technology management, captal flows, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, regional trade blocks, corporate diversification and corporate collapse. Prof. Khanna is a member of the International Advisory Board of International Academy of Business and Economics.
