Neharika Vohra is a social psychologist with a focus on cross-cultural issues. Her research interests are in the area of cross-cultural behaviour, individualism-collectivism, organisational committment, social beliefs, educational administration, and gender issues. She is currently a faculty member in Organisational Behaviour at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

She edits the journal Indian Psychological Abstracts and Reviews and also is the book review editor of International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, both published by Sage. She has been the recipient of the best teacher award at the University of Manitoba, Canada as well as Young Psychologist Award at the International Congress of Psychology 1996 at Montreal. She trains and consults for several national and multinational organisations.
